You've filled your bookshelf with plants, games, books, awards, and cats! Now that each item has its place, will you be able to find it before the others?
In My Shelfie: The Dice Game, players try to create dice combinations to fill up the spaces in their bookcase. If you manage to fill up a shelf or a column, you block that section to all other players. At game's end, only the sections with at least three spaces filled will be worth points!
Do you like nice plants, or do you prefer cute cats? Will you focus your attention on completing columns, or will you try to run for the shelves?

OVERVIEW
Roll dice to collect items to show off on your 5x5 bookshelf...and as many points as possible! You must collect at least 3 items, or you won't score points for that row or column at all. If another player collects all 5 items in a row or column, though, no one else can claim anything in that row or column for the rest of the game. When any player has 2 rows filled - with treasures and/or X's - the game ends.
GAME PLAY
On your turn, roll all 6 dice. You may re-roll any number of dice twice after that.
5 sides of the die match a color/symbol on your bookshelf, and 1 side is a wild joker. Dice are turned in to collect (circle) items on your bookshelf based on color/symbol and number.
EXAMPLE: 3 pink dice can be used together to circle the 3rd item in your pink row OR 1 pink die can be used to circle the 1st item in the pink row and the remaining 2 pink dice used together to circle the 2nd item in the pink row.
You can circle up to 3 items on your turn.
UNABLE TO CIRCLE ~ If you can't circle anything on your bookshelf, you must cross out an entire row of your choice! You cannot place anything else there for the rest of the game.
ROW OR COLUMN COMPLETED ~If you circle all 5 items in a row or column, everyone else must X out everything that isn't already circled in that row or column. They can't circle anything more in that row or column for the rest of the game.
JOKERS ~ The joker side of the die can never be used on its own. It must be combined with at least 1 other die. However, you can only use 1 joker per dice combo.
EXAMPLE: You roll 2 jokers, 2 pink and 2 yellow. You can use 1 of the jokers with the 2 pink and 1 jokers with the 2 yellow. You CAN'T use the 2 jokers and the 2 pink together. Nor can you use just the 2 jokers on their own.
If you roll ALL JOKERS, congratulations! Circle any item on your bookshelf :-)
GAME END and SCORING
When a player has no more items available in 2 rows (because they are circled and/or X'ed out), complete the round, then the game ends. Final scores are compared.
IF you circled at AT LEAST 3 items in a row, score the points (the value shown in their top right corner) for all items circled in that row. IF you circled at AT LEAST 3 items in a column, score the points for all items circled in that column.
Columns/rows with only 1 or 2 items circled earn no points!
TIES: There is no tiebreaker ~ tied players share the victory.
