blackjack
The most widely played casino banking game in the world, Blackjack uses decks of 52 cards and descends from a global family of casino banking games known as Twenty-One. The game is a comparing card game where each player competes against the dealer.
Tournament Blackjack is an adaptation in which the players compete with each other. Each player begins with an equal number of chips, and the objective is not to win chips from the bank but to end with more chips than the other players. The results do not depend on the absolute amount chips you have at the end - only on your ranking relative to the other players.

BLACKJACK
Blackjack is a classic casino card game where players compete against the dealer. The goal is to obtain a hand value closer to 21 than the dealer’s hand without exceeding that value.
Players do not compete against each other: everyone tries to beat the dealer. The dealer always draws cards until reaching 17 points and automatically stands once reaching 17 or more.
Objective of the Game
Each player tries to form a hand with a value higher than the dealer’s without exceeding 21.
You win if:
Your hand is higher than the dealer’s.
The dealer exceeds 21.
You have Blackjack (21 with two cards) and the dealer does not.
You lose if:
You exceed 21.
The dealer has a higher hand without exceeding 21.
The dealer has Blackjack and you do not.
Card Values
Cards from 2 to 10 are worth their numeric value.
J, Q, K are worth 10.
Ace is worth 1 or 11, whichever is more advantageous for the hand.
A Blackjack occurs when the first two cards total exactly 21 (an Ace + a 10-value card).
Game Flow
All players place their bets.
Each player receives two face-up cards.
The dealer receives two cards (usually one face up and one face down).
Each player takes their turn.
The dealer reveals their hidden card and plays according to dealer rules.
Bets are resolved.
Player Actions
During their turn, a player may choose between:
Hit
Receive an additional card.
Stand
End the turn keeping the current hand.
Double
Double the bet and receive only one additional card.
Split
If the first two cards have the same value, the player may split them into two separate hands.
Surrender
The player abandons the round and loses half of the bet.
Dealer Rules
The dealer follows fixed rules:
Draw cards while having 16 or less.
Automatically stand when reaching 17 or more.
