I just played through a turn-based game of I'm The Boss with 4 friends and the biggest issue that we came across is that the game isn't making the other players aware that they able to take actions. The only time the timer/hourglass would appear for players seemed to be at the start of their turn, but when a deal got started or other people would play cards, we couldn't tell from the our "View All Current Tables" page. Since we have players in different time zones, and all of us playing several turn-based board games at the same time across multiple days, it was especially difficult for us to know when there was something that we could do. Many times when we'd get the timer displayed it was for something that we couldn't even do (like play a Stop card if we had one, even though we didn't have one). I understand that the reason for doing something like that is to keep information hidden about what cards a player does have, but at the same time, I think we should have more notifications like this for the Turn-Based play, otherwise many players just get skipped over even when they could have played something to make a deal or stop one that was in progress.• Displegit deomp, mar-plij, ar pezh ho poa c'hoant d'ober, ar pezh ho peus graet hag ar pezh a zo c'hoarvezet 'benn ar fin

Roll-istor an danevelloù bog
Even the configuration options for Catan seem very useful, with options to send alerts if someone is offering or wants a specific type of resource. Obviously in I'm The Boss we're looking for people that are willing to *play* certain cards for our deals, but I think a similar idea for alerts could be helpful here.
