Circle all the parabolic antennas in 2 quarters". but i was able to confirm it only after my last turn, when i reached observatory. but observatory is a bonus, not a part of the quarter.

my statement comes from the game logic.
1. rules: "The rocket at the bottom left side, and the observatory
at the top right side are considered to be already
numbered" - so, it's not a common building.
2. there are two missions B. card 78 "Using the robots, connect the tunnel network to
the observatory in the top right corner of your
sheet" and card 79 "Circle all the parabolic antennas in 2 quarters". both 9/4 point.
in current implementation the first mission (78) is just a part of the second (79). i think this is wrong.
