Strangely, it's suddenly not asking me if I want to use my Atlantis card between other player's turns. Right in the area of Move #117.
It may be something to do with BGA's difficulties today (1 Aug, 2023), though unsure. I believe it happened to me before in a two-player game but I just refreshed and it seemed to fix itself. I've done the same here, even closing out the page altogether and coming back and it's persisting. Better to report it, I say!

Unfortunately, nothing I could do would allow the trigger of the action. Since it's a passive card in my inventory it usually triggers between other player's turns.• What happened when you try to do this (error message, game status bar message, ...)?
The card stared at me, with lifeless eyes, like a doll's eyes, mocking me incessantly, making me wish I had the power to use it. Yet, I was powerless, at it's cold-hearted mercy.

Are you on a ship? It only lets you move from one ship to another. Flying Dutchman to Jolly Roger, or Jolly Roger to the Flying Dutchman. If you are on a rowboat or Tortuga, it cannot be used.

Atlantis (1): Owner may move from one ship to the back of the line on the other ship immediately before any player’s turn (including their own). Using Atlantis does not count as an action. Owner may not use this card to move from Tortuga or a Rowboat to a ship. Discard after use.
