• Mar-plij, eilit/pegit ar gemennadenn fazi a zo war ho skramm, ma zo unan.
During the game, sometimes there are actions that reveal cards from the top of the draw pile searching for a specific card type, and puts one of those cards into your hand. 2 examples that come to mind are Waza Special Assignment and Map 8 on each of the H's, but there are probably others.
During the game, you are given the card of a type from the deck, which is fine, but no cards are added to the discard pile, which not only affects the information as to what is / is not in the deck still, but also modifies the results of what cards you can possibly pick up from scavenging actions. -
• Displegit deomp, mar-plij, ar pezh ho poa c'hoant d'ober, ar pezh ho peus graet hag ar pezh a zo c'hoarvezet 'benn ar fin
In my most recent game, Waza Special Assignment was played on move 243, once again, for like that 10th game in a row where I needed to reveal cards from the top of the deck, and found a large animal immediately..
Maybe there actually are cards that are going into the discard pile that the user doesn't know about, but if so my scavenging actions have really unearthed them. • Peseurt merdeer eo hoc'h hini ?

Roll-istor an danevelloù bog
That seems weird..
1. Cards still go into the discard pile but we are not told what they are
2. A random card matching the criteria is chosen from the deck
3. The first card matching the criteria is chosen from the deck
The answer could influence a player's decision on whether or not to play a scavenging animal later.
Implementing the feature request to show the size of the discard pile (boardgamearena.com/bug?id=85101) would help players realise what's going on.
