• Mar-plij, eilit/pegit ar gemennadenn fazi a zo war ho skramm, ma zo unan.
Currently when we lose a card due to an incorrect answer, this only appears in the game log column on the right-hand side.
I suggest putting a message in the CENTRE of the screen, perhaps right NEXT TO the incorrect answer, which says:
"An additional card has been lost due to the incorrect answer"
"Next time, perhaps consider skipping your guess to avoid losing an extra card."
I'm trying to think of ways to make it clear to new players that there is a difference between passing and giving a wrong answer.
Because they don't understand this, they simply answer everything - even if they have only been given one clue word and they have no chance of getting the right answer. :)
They simply think that there are no consequences for giving a wrong answer (other than our score being lower). -

This is easily missed - as it is so small and to the side.
Furthermore, players on mobile phones don't even get to see the game log, so they don't see a message saying that an additional card has been lost due to the wrong answer. And they don't realise that there is a penalty for giving a wrong answer.
Please make it clear within the main area of the game, that a card has been lost due to the incorrect answer.
If possible, also please make clear that in future, the player has the option to SKIP instead and not incur the penalty of losing a card.
Yes, that's why I'm requesting a message to be in the CENTRE of the screen saying that we've lost an extra card.
:)
I don't think people realise it - especially newer players.
I think experienced players don't both explaining anymore - because we used to explain this a lot in the Messages over and over when we began to play this online - but it takes a lot of typing to explain this
Best wishes
