It would be nice if while using Latecomer there was an undo button like with a regular turn. Especially frustrating is a situation when you click on Overseas Trading with latecomer, and then realize that you don't have the boat. See boardgamearena.com/bug?id=58111 - you would never pay a silver and not do anything in a physical game, so if you don't have the sufficient silver to do the action you should get a notice about this, but the game should not steal your silver nor should it refuse to let you choose another action.
