I had fewer empty estate spaces than the person who was 2nd, but I was 3rd. This is a mistake as I was supposed to be 2nd.
Rules from the rule book: "The player who is the farthest along on the victory point track is the winner. In
the case of a tie, the winning player is the tied player with the fewest empty estate
spaces. Should there still be a tie, then the winning player is the tied player who

I won the tie with 11 empty spaces. The other tied player had 7 empty spaces. The tie breaker rule is wrong on BGA. The person with fewer empty spaces should win the tie according to the rulebook.
