Roll-istor an danevelloù bog
There is only one case where you are allowed to leave Tokyo : when another player smashes you.
You can never leave Tokyo at the start of your turn.
Now it is not obvious enough who was the attacker, and even if you clarify that, you are still not sure whether you play right after one or somebody else is the next one.
I play on mobile, you do to?
I can see a yellow square around the players name whose turn it currently is, so I can quickly see who was at play.
In the log you can also see who did the last dice roll, and thus damaged you. So that already makes 2 ways how you can quickly see who damaged you.
You are never prompted at the start of your turn to exit Tokyo, nor at the exact end of the currents player turn, but instead between the current players roll-phase and buy-powercard-phase.
The log is also an option, however, it is complicated for mobile since you need to open it each time to check.
I know that you enter/exit Tokyo within another player's turn, but my message was about the order of players (who plays before you, who after you).
Like all games, from left to right, from top to bottom. Same way how most western societies read and write.
On desktop I have everyone listed below each other:

On Mobile I have it like this:
