As title suggests, I think BGA deserves a better matchmaking system for Arena mode.
1) Matchmaking should try to pair players with similar rankings, so that players with different skill levels will not match up together. It should only pair players with different skill levels after a lot of time, as it happens when in Automatic mode I choose a specific game configuration. This is crucial for some lucky-based games like 7 Wonders, where some silly moves from unexperienced players can make another player win, at expense of the third/fourth player.
2) Prevent red thumbs from being effective in Arena mode. Red thumbs make it possible for a player to avoid playing with another player. This should not be possible in Arena mode, because you should not be allowed to choose your opponents in Arena mode. If a player has put a Red thumb to another player, just disable his chat in Arena mode, but let them match up together.

Roll-istor an danevelloù bog
I agree only if the names are also hidden until the end!!!!! (INCOGNITO)
Otherwise, it's not fair for the ones who give RTs.
If player A hates B (B has A RTed), and are set together in a 5 players game, A can make B's life hell, without the chatbox...
If a person doesn't like you, you should just accept that and not force that player to play with you, just to feed your Arena Ego.
