When we place a tile and confirm the turn without having confirmed the tile, can we get a warning ? The turn confirmation is easier to see and click on than the tile confirmation and when we want to place an extra tile,if we don't confirm the placement, confirming the turn makes them disappear, causing a hard loss of points

This warning would be useful not only for special tiles, but lakes/volcanoes as well.
Could even be an option.
I'm tired of losing games because a special time was lost to some conccurent turn validation, or having to undo a piece (which still requires you to undo all your turn if the piece was placed first...)
