Add a tooltip on the titan board to get the number of bonus/malus VP?
I would also add the current bonus/malus to the player panel, either as an icon or addition to the score. The same tooltip could appear when you hover over that.

For the Goddess board it is indeed less important, though just having the tooltip wouldn't hurt.
