#34864: "Accelerate progress percentile"

The first 2 captures usually take more time than the last 4, and after the first 2, the game is many times decided.
I suggest changing the progress calculation so that the game is at 50% after 2 captures for the same player, allowing the other player to concede.
(two of my games were abandoned by opponents in this situation, because they couldn't concede - this would be worse in non-training games)
