I'm fairly sure I had used my wharf on an earlier captain round so there must have been some specific combo with the ships, goods, etc. that caused the bug.
I get that it's impossible to fix without being able to replicate, but I'm not clear what you mean by a "game table where the problem is visible", when 3 have already been provided.
