On mobile, Whenever I build a new device on my turn, I am able to lay it out by dragging components as expected, but once I confirm, all the tiles in the device disappear. The colored region that would normally be behind the device is still there, but is shrunk to just the margin dimension.

Furthermore, I believe this caused a player in my game to be unable to interact with the device (he hadn't reloaded) -- he was activating a manufacturer and then an upgrader in the same device, and since the newly manufactured device wasn't showing, he couldn't seem to upgrade it.
I suspect reloading would have helped, but I do not know for sure.
