Played the game with one other person in hotseat mode on the same device (Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+). My display was normal, I could see the whole width of the board and scroll up and down, zoom in or out as usual. Any time the game changed to the hotseat player, the screen was zoomed in a lot, they couldn't zoom out, only by setting it to full screen they could see the whole width of the board, but when in full screen the white screen announcing my turn would not be displayed. So whenever it was the hotseat's player's turn, they first needed to go into full screen, do their turn actions and then leave full-screen again, so the switch to my turn could be triggered.
