• Mar-plij, eilit/pegit ar gemennadenn fazi a zo war ho skramm, ma zo unan.
BGA fulfills a whole range of different board gaming needs. Sometimes you might want to drop in to play a quick round of a fast-paced card game in real-time while other times you might be looking for a long turn-based heavy eurogame to span over a whole evening or multiple days. Different players will also have different preferences on which games fit under which "mood".
All these different kinds of possibilities are currently mushed together in the lobby, where the only way to categorize games is either as "favorite" or "other games you know" (games you played that you did not label as favorite).
I think the website and the community would greatly benefit from a system to flexibly group different games in the lobby for user display: ideally, individually user-generated tags that then allow for filtering in the lobby, but even a simpler system -- like being able to assign a few different colors to different games, making each color a group defined by the user --, would work great.
So coming into the lobby, the user would be able to select a tag/color/group# and just see the games (and available tables) for that specific subselection. -

Personally, I would prefer a drag'n'drop system to choose my own order. That would be one bug, that would fix anyone problem. BGA player just needs to reorder as they want.
