No error message. Click the flag to make the box go away. Zoom in, it comes back. Touch the screen anywhere, it comes back. Zoom out, it comes back. Just stare at the screen for 5 seconds, it comes back. I cleaned phone but it kept happening so I think it's a software tool tip type of issue rather than finger oils on phone screen. I would go to other games and come back and it still happened. Refreshing doesn't resolve the issue. See screen shot. However, that's a player preference and you should be able to deactivate it. Please click on the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen and in the "Terrain tooltip on hover delay" select "Deactivated". That should solve the issue.
