Several times we saw the UI display buttons for actions which were allowed by the rules, but clicking the button would do nothing.
We would press F5 to refresh the browser / reload the page, and then the same buttons would appear and this time they would work correctly• Petra emaoc'h o klask ober evit delankañ an ober c'hoari-mañ ?

I think the mouse cursor, when mousing over a button, normally changes to a hand with the forefinger posed to "click" on the button.
But I think at least some of the times I was presented with non-working buttons, mousing over them showed a text-entry cursor, not the "hand for clicking" cursor.
